Nostrum Uruguay is a project designed by Estudio Plan Proyecto Consultores, offering a modern and sophisticated concept. It consists of a tower of 75 units distributed over 10 levels, offering studio, one-, two-, and three-bedroom options. It also includes parking, retail spaces, and a variety of amenities that highlight the community spirit, inviting residents to connect with their surroundings and Uruguayan culture.
A journey through Uruguayan culture
The building itself is a journey that celebrates the country's rich history. Nostrum Uruguay's common spaces will be imbued with elements that allude to historical figures and moments that define Uruguayan identity, such as three striking murals, plaques with key stories and concepts, and a design that pays tribute to sporting achievements and emblematic national figures. The project also incorporates a very special concept: a space for the worship of mate, a place of closeness, ritual, and conviviality, inviting residents to share moments of cultural exchange in a unique environment.
