The project, led by the internationally renowned studios of Carlos OTT Arquitectos in association with Carlos Ponce de León Arquitectos, offers cutting-edge design in the heart of the city.

PROJECT

The tower, under horizontal property regime, intended for apartment units promoted by ANV through Law 18,795, consists of a ground floor, 12 levels, and a penthouse, consisting of a vertical circulation core, in addition to a basement for garages and technical areas.

The residential program consists of 145 apartment units: 23 studio apartments, 83 one-bedroom units, 38 two-bedroom units, and one three-bedroom unit.

The entrance hall on Pablo de María Street features a meeting room and connects to the vertical circulation core, which has three state-of-the-art elevators. On the ground floor, there is also a large commercial space with access from Avenida 18 de Julio.

Vehicle access is located on Coronel Brandsen Street, with access control and a motorized gate.
