FLOW BY NOSTRUM is a tower located on Presidente Berro Street between 8 de Octubre Avenue and Avenida Italia, ensuring connectivity and proximity to all public and private services and facilities.
The immediate access to the main expressways in and out of the city, as well as its proximity to various strategic points in the area, such as Uruguay's main national and international bus terminal, make Flow by Nostrum a unique place, with a strong urban feel, to live and connect with the city.
The project was carried out by the Studio of Carlos OTT, Architects in association with Carlos Ponce de León, Architects.
PROJECT
The tower, under horizontal property regime, intended to house apartment units promoted under Law 18,795, is developed on varying levels between four and five stories along the slope of Presidente Berro Street, consisting of two independent vertical circulation cores. The project includes basements for garages and technical areas.
The residential program consists of 145 apartment units: 23 studio apartments, 83 one-bedroom units, 38 two-bedroom units, and one three-bedroom unit.
At the access level on Presidente Berro Street, each independent pedestrian entrance has its own lobby, which connects to the vertical circulation core of each sector. On both sides of the tower, two vehicle entrances on Presidente Berro Street flank the tower, with access control and a motorized gate.
